Project Description:
The project enabled the implementation of a new storage and retrieval unit for finished products through an automated vertical warehouse and a weight-reducing manipulator, which allows for safe and ergonomic stacking of packages directly at the weighing station. The digital integration between the automated warehouse and the MES system completely automates the picking process. The order is automatically processed by the warehouse management system and translated into multiple picking missions, keeping track of operator activities. The storage island minimizes the need for forklift movements, enhancing operator safety during frequent picking operations.

Project Description:
Installation of two Daikin RXYQ16U5Y1BD heat pumps with a nominal thermal power (20°C) of 50 kW and a related ADK09HCD1 air treatment system, replacing the existing boiler, which has been completely decommissioned.
Installation of a new photovoltaic system, consisting of 234 solar panels with an individual power output of 410 W, for a total installed peak power of 95.94 kWp. The system includes one SOLAREDGE SE90K inverter with serial number SJ5021 – 07E04CF1C – 6D.
